Projects are charged by the hour.
Terms and Conditions
- A signed Virtual Assistant Project Agreement and Proposed Project / Cost Estimate form will be required prior to the commencement of work. The signed agreements can be either faxed or posted to LSI Administrative Services.
- Payment is due upon completion and an invoice will be provided. A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement for larger jobs from new clients.
- A minimum 1 hour charge is applicable and then in 15 minute increments. Rates are not subject to GST.
- Additional charges will be invoiced for postage, couriers and additional stationery items if required.
- Payment can be made via direct deposit (preferred), Pay pal or cheque – payable to LSI Administrative Services.
