Leanne Imbro
Leanne is the owner and operator of LSI Administrative Services. If Leanne is not doing the actual work, she is keeping a very close eye on it and gives all work the final approval before returning to the client. Everyone who is a part of the LSI team has their own specialities, however, you can be assured they are all highly qualified, with attention to detail, customer focus and your best interests at the forefront.
Jodie Beecraft
Jodie joined the LSI team in August 2010, although has always been in the background helping out! Jodie is our resident excel guru and pretty much the guru of the rest of the MS Office Suite! Jodie has over 10 years experience in administration and the many qualifications to match. She is a Microsoft Office 2003 Specialist Master Instructor, holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, Certificate III in Business Administration, Certificate in Adult Tertiary Education, Certificate I & II in Information Technology, and is still going…now studying Certificate IV in Small Business Management.
Jan Koop
Jan joined the LSI team in early 2008 and is our official ‘debt collector’. Jan has turned clients’ cash flows around with her direct, yet professional, approach to poor paying customers. Jan doesn’t take any excuses and keeps her eye on the ball when it comes to money being paid as agreed. Clients can not speak highly enough of Jan’s improvement to their businesses and at the end of the day, it’s their improved bank balance that confirms this for them.
Alison Cribb
Alison joined the LSI Virtual Assistant team in 2008. Originally a primary school teacher, Alison has the patience and expertise required for dealing with people on a day to day basis, of all ages! Alison’s extremely professional phone manner has made her a favourite with the clients who require intensive phone work / follow up calls.
Rachel Munoz
Rachel joined the LSI Virtual Assistant team in 2009. Rachel is qualified in word processing and computer applications. Rachel’s background surprisingly has nothing to do with the world of virtual assistants. Having been a successful dancer, model and actor, Rachel has performed in various shows, commercials, parades, film and TV, and videoclips. Rachel’s professional, friendly manner has always ensured the clients are extremely happy.
Michelle Riley
Michelle joined the LSI Virtual Assistant team in April 2011. Having spent over 12 years in office administration in Australia, United Kingdom and Canada, Michelle is well-travelled with varied experience. Her background includes years as a PA for a Director of a multi-national company. She also worked in IT. Her specialty is proofreading, administering online membership programs, setting up tele-seminars, working with social media, list management and email broadcasts. Her internet savvy will be a great complement to our team!
